Time Coil includes two spiral lights:

Time Coil n1 is a straight homage to the traditional spiral incense coil, light travels along a spiral fiber-optic coil with different intensity variations suggesting the idea of time flowing.

Time Coil n2 is a more structured work, the crossover between east and west, between past and present time, between the tradition of glass craft and the technology of diodes.

The inner face of the spiral glass coil is carved lengthwise with an excerpt of Marco Polo’s Il Milione as per its original transcription.
